Starting Up | Browsing | BOOKMARKS | Sending Page Finding Stuff | Toolbars Netscape's bookmarks are really not much different from the bookmarks you'd use with a printed book. In both cases, they are used to "mark" places so that you can easily return to them later. As you surf the Web, you'll no doubt find Web pages that you really like. If you bookmark them, you can access them later with a click of your mouse. If you don't bookmark them, you'll likely have to spend some time searching for them, especially if you followed a complicated series of hyperlinks or used an Internet search engine to find them in the first place. Viewing a bookmarked pageWhen you want to see a page you've bookmarked, simply click the Bookmarks menu ( Be forewarned about bookmarks; it's easy to make them, and they could soon overwhelm you if you don't keep them organized. Importing bookmarksIf you have upgraded to Netscape Communicator and wish to use your bookmarks from a previous version of Netscape Navigator (version 1, 2 or 3), and you haven't removed the old software from your hard drive, you can import your old bookmarks for use with Communicator.
