Bell offers three classes of service. Residential or consumer class, Sympatico, business class, which is Business Internet, and premium business class, such as ANX for the automotive industry. Business class service means reliable e-mail, no busy signal for network connection, help desk times of less than one minute, and business billing. Both network and support services demanded by businesses. What are the business tools and content that you offer? At our aibn.com home page there are dozens of useful tools for businesses: you can find a person, a business, or a website using the various search engines and Canada's 1-800 , 411 and Yellow Pages. There are financial calculators, currency converters, time zones , business templates, etc. At our Member Services site you can do account maintenance (like changing your password or viewing billing information). There is also a lot of business content geared to small and medium businesses on finance, law, government, education and training, travel, etc. Information on investing, technology, business, etc. is also available on the AIBN website, as well as links to various relevant sites. Why don't you offer unlimited Internet access? Most business users do not require unlimited Internet access. The 75 hours per month we provide is sufficient for the vast majority of users. Unfortunately, a small percentage of people abuse any system, and offering unlimited service often results in busy signals and poor response times. Many businesses are also concerned about staff using the Internet for personal use, and limiting hours reduces the opportunity for abuse. By providing pooling of hours (all users within a business can use the shared pool of hours), we offer a business the benefits of unlimited service without the negative consequences. Do you offer national roaming? National roaming capability is currently being rolled out, and will be offered across the entire country soon. Do you offer international roaming?
